Front-end Analysis
Instructional design challenge: HSU staff/volunteers are in of need easily accessible, concise, and engaging training.
Goal statement: Create an engaging, effective set of training modules that provide current/future staff/volunteers with the knowledge and communication skills necessary to provide HSU visitors with a positive and educational/informative experience by articulating accurate information pertaining to any common questions, services, or HSU mission/history. Our learners should also apply knowledge learned about animal behavior to avoid bites while on the job.
